Stipulations For A DBA

A DBA name is not allowed to have any kind of corporate ending that would mislead people to think that it is anything other than a DBA. Unless, it actually is a corporation or LLC. For example, you cannot name your company "Debi's Dance Studio, Inc." unless it actually is a corporation.
